"21% Grenache Blanc, 21% Roussanne, 21% Bourbelenc, 21% Clairette and 15% Picpoul. 5% of the Roussanne is fermented in new oak for 6 weeks, then aged in stainless steel. No malolactic. It’s uncommon to find Bourboulenc in a CdP Blanc; Alexandre likes it in the blend because it tends to have lower alcohol than the other grapes, and brings acidity and balance to the wine."
