"For creating Luna Nata, the extraction lasts 30 days, then spontaneously fermented in amphorae and small stainless tanks are followed. After 20 months it is bottled unfiltered and sulphite free.
On the glass we find a purple color. On the nose ,aromas of dried plum, black plum, black pepper, clove, raisin, followed by earthy notes. In the mouth it is elegant, with good acidity, with highly integrated tannins and a lasting aftertaste."
