"A single vineyard estate Merlot from Early Rising Farm planted in 1988. Grapes were hand harvested and fermented using native yeast from the vineyard. Aged in large French oak casks for 18 months and bottled without fining or filtration. 450 cases produced. A full bodied Merlot with rich velvety tannins. Hints of plum, violet, and chocolate."
