An organically farmed Hérault Valley Chardonnay from the partnership of Vincent Boyer of Domaine Boyer-Martenot and Languedoc grower Lucas de Bar. Twelve months in barrel followed by eight months in concrete egg gives it texture and polish, while lemon, green apple, white peach, and white flowers keep it fresh and lifted. A remarkably refined southern French Chardonnay with a convincing white Burgundy feel for the price.
