The 2021 vintage marks the first where the vineyards had completed the transition to regenerative farming and the difference in the bottle. A balance of high notes streaming over baritone and base, is remarkable and illustrates that the estate is leading the way in Mexico’s premium red wine category. Wonderfully managed tannins canvas all portions of the palate with elegant finesse right out of the gate, but those who are willing to give this some time in the bottle are going to be deeply rewarded as it will evolve for 15 years or more quite easily."
