Rich and refined, with ripe apple, pear, peach and citrus layered with hazelnut, subtle toast and stony minerality. The palate is broad and creamy yet beautifully balanced by fresh acidity, finishing long, focused and mineral-driven.
Made from 100% Chardonnay sourced from four Meursault lieux-dits—Les Pellans, Le Pré de Manche, Les Pelles and Au Moulin Landin—from vines averaging more than 60 years old. Fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged for 12 months in barrel, approximately 20% new oak, followed by 8 months in concrete eggs. The domaine practices organic farming.
