McConnell's Irish Whisky
Founded in Belfast in 1776, McConnell’s Whisky quickly became popular both domestically and internationally. By the late 1800s, it was regarded as one of the most famous Irish Whiskies in the world. But with back to back tragedies including a 1909 fire at the distillery that saw 500,000 gallons of whisky go up in flames, prohibition in the United States, and a string of wars, the impact was just too much and the distillery closed its doors in the 1930s. Now 90 years later, McConnell’s is back and better than ever!
