"This Merlot was sourced from an organically farmed vineyard in Mattituck, NY, on the North Fork. It was whole-cluster direct-pressed for light extraction in order to make it rosé, then barrel fermented. It’s somewhere between gulpable and magical, with a forest-berry, red Smuckers jam quality, despite the wine being fully dry on the palate. Some of NY’s finest."
