Created by Master Distiller Francisco Jimenez, "Don Chico,” with water sourced from Navichi Springs. Aged at least 1 year in American White Oak Ex-Bourbon barrels.
Aroma: barrel spices, wet earth, mosto, mushroom
Palate: thick mouthfeel leading with agave and toasted nuts, dried fruits, damp tobacco
Finish: deep, bits of black pepper heat
