Westwood Estate Maximal' Cabernet Sauvignon 2023

This powerful Napa Valley Cabernet opens with blackberry, cassis and violet, leading to layers of black cherry, mulberry, graphite, espresso and sweet tobacco. Full-bodied and concentrated, with fine-grained tannins, excellent structure and a long, elegant finish.

The grapes are hand harvested at night and fermented with 15% whole clusters, followed by 21 days on the skins. Aged for 20 months in French oak, 80% new. Just 500 cases were produced.
