Fresh and elegant, with red cherry, wild berries and red currant layered with licorice, subtle spice and earthy notes. Medium-bodied and savory, with lively acidity, polished tannins and a long, refined finish.
Made from 90% Sangioveto and 10% Canaiolo grown on limestone-rich soils in Castellina in Chianti. Fermented in stainless steel and aged for 7 months in French oak followed by 7 months in bottle.
