Fresh and elegant, with peach, stone fruit and delicate citrus layered with subtle floral notes. Bright and balanced on the palate, with lively acidity, gentle texture and a refreshing, persistent finish.
Made from Garnacha and Viura grown in the Oja and Najerilla valleys. The grapes are hand harvested, given a brief maceration of approximately five hours, then fermented at cool temperatures and aged on fine lees for 16 weeks to add texture and length.
