A lively, textured orange wine with orange blossom, dried orange peel, grapefruit and stone fruit layered with white tea, savory herbs and saline minerality. Dry and vibrant on the palate, with gentle tannin, bright acidity and a fresh, slightly wild finish.
A 50/50 blend of Verdejo and Sauvignon Blanc from Castilla-La Mancha. The grapes undergo approximately one week of skin contact and are fermented with native yeasts in clay vessels and used oak. Certified biodynamic, unfined and unfiltered, with minimal sulfur added before bottling.
