Made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grown in Marlborough’s Wairau and Awatere Valleys. The grapes are harvested at night, immediately pressed and cool fermented in stainless steel to preserve freshness and aromatic intensity. Extended lees contact adds subtle texture and richness.
