- Tasting Highlights: The nose opens with vanilla cream and lemon meringue before moving into buttery pancakes, peach and a little cooling mint. On the palate, there's vanilla wafer, yellow cake and citrus, followed by flambéed banana and a long, soft finish of butter cookie and maple. There's plenty going on here, but nothing feels overdone. It's layered and dangerously easy to drink for nearly 120 proof.
