"Our 2020 Barrel Fermented Chardonnay hails from the Cole Harbor Vineyard on Oregon Rd in Cutchogue. Using 100% clone 76 Chardonnay, this wine was fermented in 3-5 year old French oak barrels for 10 months, with weekly lees stirring for added texture. It features aromas and flavors of apple, pear, vanilla, yeast, subtle oak and peach."
