Fresh and elegant, with cherry, raspberry and wild strawberry layered with subtle earth, spice and dried floral notes. Light to medium-bodied, with silky tannins, bright acidity and a smooth, refined finish.
Made from 100% Pinot Noir grown on Burgundy’s limestone-rich soils. The grapes are destemmed and vinified for approximately four weeks, followed by alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in stainless steel and 12 months of aging before bottling.
