A vibrant, classically styled Sancerre offering aromas and flavors of fresh lemon, grapefruit and white peach accented by cut grass and a subtle hint of roasted almond. Light-bodied and elegant, with crisp acidity, refreshing citrus fruit and a clean, mineral-driven finish.
Made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc from vines averaging approximately 30 years old. Fermented at low temperatures and aged on its lees for six months to preserve freshness while adding texture. The domaine is certified HVE (Haute Valeur Environnementale).
