"The 2021 RPA (HRA) Sauvignon Blanc was fermented and aged in 500-liter acacia and neutral French oak. It is alluringly flinty to begin and opens to white peach, sage ,terragon, and peppery undertones. The medium-bodied palate has a satiny texture, mouthwatering acidity and layers of tropical fruit and spice. It's a luxurious, flavorful Sauvignon Blanc that's gorgeous on its own although it will pair widely at the table."
