"The 2021 Original Chenin Blanc opens to a fresh and expressive nose with apple skin, white flowers, mandarin orange peel and peach skin with elegant white and yellow flowers. Medium-bodied, waxy and offering a kiss of phenolic bitterness, the palate is fresh and vibrant and offers a lingering spicy finish. This will remain food-friendly for a few more years. Made without oak, 32,228 bottles were produced after the wine rested for six months on the lees in stainless steel."
