2024 Mondavi Cabernet Sauvignon Bourbon Barrels Private Selection BBL

A bold, full-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon from California's Central Coast, aged in American oak bourbon barrels for added richness and complexity. Inviting aromas of blackberry cobbler, dark berries, toasted oak, and warm baking spice lead to a rich, smooth palate with flavors of black cherry, vanilla, caramel, and mocha. The bourbon barrel aging adds subtle notes of brown sugar and smoky oak, complementing the wine's generous fruit and soft, rounded tannins. A long, lush finish makes this a great choice for grilled steaks, barbecue ribs, burgers, and hearty pasta dishes.
