RD1 Spirits Small Batch Finished With Brazilian Amburana Wood Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey

Nose:  Cinnamon baking spice, nutmeg, apple, and a rich honeyed sweetness. Vanilla and peaches/apricots show up, along with a warm oak undertone. 

Palate:  Spice‐cake/dessert vibes — ginger snap, allspice, dark sugar, warm oak, with black pepper. There are also fruitier notes of peach and baked fruit mingling with caramel‐sweetness. 

Finish:  Long and warm. Lingering oak, a bit of leather, sweet spices (esp. allspice / cinnamon), with little touches of apple and maybe a whisper of earth / anise toward the end.
