Bright and agave-forward, with cooked agave, fresh lemon and melon layered with delicate white flowers, soft cinnamon and clean minerality. Crisp and balanced on the palate, with natural agave sweetness and a fresh, lifted finish.
Made from 100% Blue Weber agave grown in the highlands of Los Altos, Jalisco and harvested after 5–7 years. The agave is slow cooked for 18–23 hours, fermented for approximately 96 hours and twice distilled to preserve its bright, expressive character.
