"This Bordeaux blend is the 2nd wine of Opus One, the world renowned winery located in Oakville, Napa Valley, started as a project between Robert Mondavi and Bordeaux great Baron Phillipe de Rothschild. The grapes are meticulously hand harvested just as Opus One is, and spends a significant time in oak. The wines shows notes of bright cherries and dark plums, mingled with an earthy mid-palate. The finish is long and rich with smooth tannins and notes of cedar and vanilla."
