"This pure Ruché is grown in Castagnole Monferrato, and gives rise to a generous, medium-structured and aromatic red wine. Bright red in colour, it acquires orange veins with ageing, losing the purple brushstrokes that shone through in its youth. Intense and persistent bouquet, with typical scents of violets and rose petals; the olfactory profile also changes with the passing of the seasons, turning to pungent and fascinating spicy echoes. The palate reveals good body, a light tannin component and great overall harmony. It goes well with first courses and red meats. A wine that goes straight to the heart."
