Nose:  Maple syrup and butterscotch, toasted caramel, roasted pecans, light oak, a touch of paprika. 

Palate:  Sweet maple and brown sugar, molasses, light oak influence, subtle black peppercorn spice, hints of nutty or dessert-like flavors (e.g. maple sugar cookie, coffee flan) 

Finish:  Long, smooth, gently spicy. Toasted caramel lingers, plus residual maple sweetness that slowly recedes.
