Rich and expressive, with Fuji apple, vanilla and brioche toast layered over a soft, rounded texture. Bright acidity lifts the creamy mid-palate, leading to a long, balanced finish with excellent freshness and polish.
Made from 100% Chardonnay. A portion is aged for 5 months in French oak while the remainder stays in stainless steel, with extended lees aging adding richness and texture without masking the fruit. Only 267 cases produced.
