Rich and distinctive, with cranberry, dark cherry and currant layered with cinnamon, vanilla bean, toffee and dried herbs. Light to medium-bodied with a silky texture, soft tannins and a long, lingering finish.
Aged in traditional French and American oak barrels, then finished in bourbon barrels, adding notes of vanilla, caramel and subtle char to the ripe Zinfandel fruit. 1000 Stories pioneered the bourbon barrel-aged wine category.
